What actually happened.

Dated notes from a concept in progress — decisions, published artefacts, and the occasional rename. Everything here is concept-stage, and nothing on this page claims traction the project does not have.

1. 12 August 2026Site

   The one-page concept becomes a small site.

   Until now the entire concept lived on a single page — deliberately, so the argument could be read top to bottom in one sitting. That page has kept earning its length, and the measurements are unambiguous: it now stands over 20,000 pixels tall on a laptop and over 36,000 on a phone, and trimming words has been shown to shrink it by approximately nothing. Depth was never the problem; the single route to all of it was.

   So the site is becoming a small set of pages. The front page keeps the investor narrative end to end; the deeper material — the kind a due-diligence reader wants and a first-time reader scrolls past — will move to pages of its own, one section at a time, so every step stays verified and accessible.

   This News page is the first of them. It is the project’s journal: decisions, published artefacts, honest concept-stage progress. If an entry ever reads like traction, it will say so in plain words — and at concept stage, it will not.

2. 11 August 2026Announcement

   saneX is now Tilfang.

   The Capability Operating System concept has a new name. Tilfang is Icelandic and means resource — the one thing this concept exists to describe, govern and orchestrate: sensors, platforms, services and operators, stated precisely enough to be found, compared and booked. A name that names the subject matter beats a name that names the ambition.

   Nothing about the concept changes: same architecture, same claims discipline, same simulation-first pilot ask. The working name saneX is retired, and the site now lives at tilfang.com.

   In proper startup terms: Tilfang has acquired saneX in full — one concept, one website and a naming document changed hands. The terms of the transaction are undisclosed, chiefly because there were none. It is the same project, renamed, and we are very pleased with the synergies.
